Also owned by Trent and Bethany Hanna, Mullins Court is a twelve-unit apartment complex located at 605 Hickory Street in the Quality Hill Historic District of Texarkana, Arkansas.  The complex consists of three two-story buildings arranged in a U-shape around a central courtyard.  Built in 1927 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2007, Mullins Court apartments offer unique, historic charm, but with all of the modern conveniences.      

Each of the twelve spacious apartments fearture two bedrooms, one bath, and are approximately 1100 square feet in size.  Four of the apartments offer sun porches, which add an additional 150 square feet.
